Do you have a second-hand market available?

We exclusively offer brand new watches and do not have any second-hand timepieces available.

Do you offer price matching with other businesses?

We do not offer price matching with other dealers or websites.

Are bracelets/buckles interchangeable?

Each timepiece is designed with its own unique stainless steel bracelet and buckle, which are not interchangeable. The precise fit ensures security, while the design maintains the timepiece’s aesthetic integrity.

If I purchase now, when will I receive my order?

Each model has different availability, indicated by a dot at the top right corner of the image.

  • Green Dot: The watch will be shipped within 15 business days after the order is placed.
  • Yellow Dot: This model will be shipped according to the estimated months stated.
  • Fuchsia Dot: This model is currently out of stock due to high demand. Please contact our Customer Care Team for information regarding the expected availability date.

Additionally, you will find this information at the bottom of your Order Confirmation under Order Details.

USA ONLY- Shipping is made by FedEx. Please keep in mind that they may contact you by email to complete a Customs form.

What does Pre-order mean?

BALL Watch Company occasionally conducts online pre-order campaigns for the introduction of selected new models. Such campaign allows you to pre-order on our e-boutique a specific model during a fixed period of time, under certain terms. At the end of the pre-order campaign, your watch will be produced and delivered in accordance with the indicated shipping timelines.

Do I need to pay now, or when I receive my order?

Full payment is required to confirm your order or to initiate the production of a pre-order.

I don't have a credit card; how can I buy a BALL watch?

How can I modify my order?

It is only possible to make changes if your order was placed within the last 3 days or if it has not yet been shipped.

For pre-orders, changes can still be made if production has not yet begun. 

Modifications can be made to the dial color, model, case size, engraving, shipping address and/or limited-edition number if eligible.

I would like to cancel the order. How I can proceed?

We understand that changes of mind can happen. It is only possible to do so if you placed your order in no more than the last 3 days or if your order hasn’t been shipped yet.
For pre-orders, changes can still be made if production has not yet begun.

What kind of customization is possible with my BALL watch?

You can have your initial band changed to another strap/bracelet option, as indicated for each model and depending on current availability. These can be ordered through your local authorized dealer or directly with us.
You may also provide us with your wrist size, and our watchmakers will gladly adjust the bracelet for you.


Additionally and if applicable, you may select the limited-edition number of your watch, choose a customized engraving, or add an even more personal touch by including an enamel-painted photograph using the Enamel PaintPrint technique on the case back.

I have a vintage/special BALL watch. Do you take it as partial payment?

We unfortunately do not accept watches as a form of payment.

What should I pay attention to when purchasing from a BALL Dealer?*

All Authorized Dealers sell authentic BALL products. We recommend verifying that the Warranty Certificate is signed and dated, and that the serial number on the certificate matches the one on the case back of your watch.

Additionally and if applicable, your BALL watch might be accompanied by a Chronometer Certificate  and/or a Limited-Edition Certificate.

*Does not apply for Japan Dealers.
